Radon mitigation in Thornton, Colorado

Local radon, local installers

Thornton spans a wide band of the north metro, and we install and service systems from Original Thornton out to the newer developments near 144th.

We are based in Denver and work Thornton every week — for homeowners who tested high, for buyers who need a system before closing, and for families whose fan finally wore out after fifteen years of quiet service.

What we do in Thornton

• Radon testing, including certified 48-hour tests for real estate
• Sub-slab, crawl space, and block-wall mitigation systems
• Sealing sumps, drains, and slab penetrations
• Fan replacement, re-sealing, and service on existing systems
• Post-installation verification testing

How it works

Call or send the form with your address and any test result you have. We ask a few questions about the foundation, give you a fixed price in writing, and schedule a day — most installations are finished in one day. Colorado permits vary by jurisdiction, and we handle the permit and inspection for Thornton as part of the job.

If you are closing on a house in Thornton and the inspection turned up an elevated reading, tell us the date. We build the schedule backwards from it.
