Radon mitigation installer
Our crews install sub-slab, crawl space, and block-wall radon systems across the Denver metro. You will run pipe, core and seal slabs, mount fans, test systems, and talk with homeowners at the end of the day about what you built and why.
What the job is actually like
- Local routes — you are home most nights, not living out of a hotel.
- Physical work: crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and lifting.
- Detail work: the quality of a system is in the sealing and the routing.
- Customer-facing: homeowners are on site and they have questions.
What we look for
- Reliable attendance and a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Comfort working in tight spaces and at height
- Basic hand and power tool experience — construction or mechanical background helps
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work a full day on your feet
- A clean, respectful manner in someone's home
Radon experience is welcome but not required. We train the right person on radon principles, code, and our installation standards.
